Jide Kosoko (Listen) (ɛndoɣi la anashaara gɔli Januarybiɛɣu pia ni ayi dali yuuni 1954)o nyɛl Nigerian actor, directornid producer.[1][2][3][4][5]O daa nyɛla bɛ ni doɣi so niŋ nam zuliya niy, hence his traditional title of prince or "omoba" in the Yoruba language.[6]

Jide Kosoko accepted the invitation; he later went for the audition and was chosen for the role, playing [10] a character called Alabi''.[11] Kosoko daa nyɛla ŋun n kpɛri ni Awada Kerikeri group din n gbaai Sunday Omobolanle, Lanre Hassan ni Oga Bello, [12] and had guest appearances on the T.V. show, New Masquerade.[13] Yuuni 1972, o daa nyɛla ŋun n kpa o maŋmaŋa theatre troupe.[12]
Jide Kosoko nyɛla ŋun n sabi ka lahi produced o maŋmaŋa filim nima ni stage plays din gbaai Ogun Ahoyaya.[14] Kosoko became visible during the Video film era, producing his own film, Asiri n la in 1992, starring in Asewo to re Mecca[11] and Tunde Kelani's Ti Oluwa Ni'Le part 2.

Yuuni 2021, Abuja International Film Festival nominated Kosoko as the Outstanding Male Actor in Love Castle.[18]
