Elizabeth Frances Sey
Elizabeth Frances Baaba Sey (née Biney) (bɛ dɔɣi o la silimin goli April 21, 1927 ka o kpi yuuni 1991)[1] ŋuna n-daa nya tuuli paɣa ŋun siɣisi University of Ghana.
